If you wish to return a product, you must send it to our warehouse. If the reason for the return is a Maui.ti® error (error in the model, color or similar). Maui.ti® will refund the total price of the order plus shipping costs. If the reason for the return is an error in the manufacture of the product, Maui.ti® will refund the total amount of the order plus shipping costs. Alternatively, you can request a new delivery of the desired item. In this case, you will need to return the original item and Maui.ti® will send you a new one. All shipping costs will be paid by Maui.ti®. If the reason for the return is not the responsibility of Maui.ti®, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
