For all purposes, the orders placed in this store are purchases made to MAUITISTORE, S.L.
Unless specifically stipulated in writing, making a purchase from MAUITISTORE, S.L. implies acceptance by the client of these conditions. No stipulation made by the client may differ from those of MAUITISTORE, S.L. If it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by MAUITISTORE, S.L.
A purchase is not final until the product has been checked and subsequently accepted. The company reserves the right to cancel any order, being able to call the customer to notify it as soon as possible and being exempt from any other obligation that is not to make the new delivery as soon as possible.
Way to pay
Products and services will be paid in advance by Card-Visa, Bizum or Bank Transfer unless previously accepted by MAUITISTORE, S.L. and special conditions agreed with the client.

MAUITISTORE, S.L. CORREOS ESPAÑA has a home delivery service from Monday to Friday for our clients.
Exempt from this service are the holidays according to the local calendar as well as national holidays.
MAUITISTORE, S.L. With prior notice to the client at the time of confirmation of the same, it reserves the right not to commit to the delivery of any shipment due to special conditions or out of stock. In any case, the client will be informed urgently.
In the event that the payment conditions so indicate, the order will not be output without the amount corresponding to the order being paid into account, as is the case of payment by transfer.
The delivery will be considered made when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the customer has signed the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the products upon receipt and expose all the exceptions and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.
Shipping costs will be totally free in National territory (Spain) from 10 articles. Including the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Shipping costs outside the National territory (Spain) and within the European Community will be free from 10 articles.

In the Community of the Canary Islands, customers will pay prices according to the sales rate and will not suffer any type of additional charge.
Shipments outside the Canary Islands and in mainland, Balearic, Ceuta or Melilla territory, taxes will be excluded from the sale price. They will only have to pay the corresponding taxes on arrival, but not any additional customs expense.

All orders received will be prepared within a maximum period of 24 hours for shipment once payment is fully confirmed (in cases of bank transfer, delivery will not be made until it is accounted for). Holidays and weekends will be excluded this time.
Orders will be delivered in the following terms according to locations *:
• Canary Islands: 3/5 business days.
• Peninsula: 5 business days.
• Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 business days.
• European Community: 14 business days.

In our portal we only have products that are normally in stock for sale.
When it is not possible to serve a product due to lack of stock, the company will contact the customer to notify them, cancel the order or indicate the new entry deadline and estimated shipping date. If so, the reservation and order confirmation will remain active.

Once the returned products have been analyzed and verified that they are in the correct condition, we will pay you the amount of the product within a maximum period of 5 business days.
The guarantees of the articles is 1 year.
MAUITISTORE, S.L. It is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of using the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to non-product property.
In the processing of products with a guarantee in which it is necessary to send the product, it will not be the responsibility of the company, as well as the repaired or new shipment as appropriate. In the event that the product has not needed any type of repair and / or change or it finally does not obtain warranty coverage, it will be the customer who has to take care of the return shipment of the product, if he so wishes.
These guarantee conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer protected by their applicable national legislation.
